How can I identify the correct product reference when contacting support?
Keep letters and numbers exactly as the seller displays them. Use precise identifiers to reduce avoidable misunderstandings about the purchase.
What should I clarify before organizing a purchase for several people?
Clarify who will place the order and receive important messages. Check whether one unavailable option could affect the whole order.
